Supreme Court to announce verdict on Atiku’s appeal. On October 26, 2023, the Supreme Court is scheduled to issue its ruling on the appeal filed by Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party.
In addition to contesting the tribunal’s decision, Atiku has requested permission from the court to introduce new evidence.
The presiding justice, John Okoro, begins reading the main decision regarding Atiku’s appeal to the Supreme Court.
