UFC star Adesanya ventures into property development
Nigerian MMA sensation Israel Adesanya, known as “The Last Stylebender,” is making strategic moves beyond the octagon as he transitions into property development in New Zealand.
Amidst speculation about his future in the UFC, Adesanya recently announced the launch of his own real estate company, a decision aimed at securing his financial future post-retirement.
Acknowledging the transient nature of a professional athlete’s career, especially in comparison to other professions, Adesanya highlighted the importance of investing in sustainable income streams for himself and his family.
Crediting his father, Oluwafemi Adesanya, for spearheading the venture, Adesanya expressed gratitude for his father’s foresight and trust in managing the company, branded as “Adesanya Close.”
Emphasizing the familial support behind the endeavor, Adesanya underscored the significance of having a solid investment foundation for his future endeavors.
While Adesanya’s immediate focus remains on his UFC career, with upcoming bouts and potential challenges on the horizon, his foray into property development reflects a strategic approach to long-term financial security.
