Skit maker, Trinity Guy remanded in prison. On Monday, a Family Court sitting in Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State, ordered the remand of  Maruf Abdullahi, commonly known as Trinity Guy, in Agodi correctional facility for suspected sexual exploitation of a 10-year-old girl until Tuesday, July 11, when the matter would be heard.

It also charged and jailed Isiaka Ahmed, 40, and his wife, Rofiat, 29, who are the victim’s parents, with conspiracy and sexual abuse and exploitation on two counts, alongside the skit maker.

The Magistrate, P.O. Adetuyibi, refused to hear the defendants’ petition for lack of jurisdiction, stating that the case file had already been submitted and duplicated at the state Ministry of Justice in Ibadan.

According to the PUNCH, the police invited the skit creator in connection with a prank video involving a juvenile.

“In connection with the disturbing viral skit content circulating on social media about a female minor, popular content creator Abdullahi Maruf Adisa, AKA Trinity, has been contacted and invited to the Oyo State Police Command.” “Updates will be provided soon,” the command stated in a tweet on Thursday.
