Biden Offers $100 million to support Gaza
Joe Biden, the President of the United States of America, has announced a $100 million donation in humanitarian aid for Gaza.
According to a post on his official X Twitter, the money will help over one million Palestinians who are displaced or harmed by conflict.
“I just announced a $100 million humanitarian aid package for Gaza and the West Bank.” This money will help over a million Palestinians who are displaced or afflicted by war. “And we will have mechanisms in place to ensure that this aid reaches those in need, not Hamas or terrorist groups,” the tweet read.
In another tweet, he said, “My team and I have touched down in Israel to stand in solidarity with the Israeli people following Hamas’s terrorist attack.”
