Super eagles jersey launch denied -NFF. The Nigeria Football Federation has denied speculations that a new jersey design for the Men’s National Team will be unveiled before of the 2023 African Cup of Nations, which will be held in Cote’ D’Ivoire in January 2024.

Images of the classic jersey design went viral online on Thursday, with several media publications (Not The PUNCH) also heralding Nike’s debut.

The Glass House, on the other hand, indicated in a brief statement issued on Friday that the stories of the launch were false.

“We were made aware of rumors circulating on social media about a new jersey launch between NIKE and the senior Men’s National Team.” We would like to tell the broader public that this assertion is false. “At the moment, no jersey has been released for the Super Eagles for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations, which will be held in Cote’D’Ivoire next month,” the statement said.

Nike released the current Super Eagles jersey in September 2022, despite fan backlash.
