Police announce39 CBT examination centres in Kaduna

The Police Command in Kaduna State has unveiled 39 Computer-Based Test (CBT) centers for the 2022 Nigeria Police Force Recruitment, specifically for Police Constables. The scheduled recruitment process is set to take place from March 5 to March 6. ASP Mansir Hassan, the command’s Police Public Relations Officer, made the announcement regarding the CBT examination centres in a statement released on Sunday in Kaduna.

Hassan emphasized that the command aimed to inform residents of the state who had applied for the 2022 police recruitment about the upcoming process. He noted that the Police Service Commission, in collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force, would be finalizing the ongoing 2022 recruitment exercise nationwide.

According to Hassan, the CBT for Kaduna state residents is scheduled to occur from Tuesday, March 5, to Wednesday, March 6, at specified venues. Only those who have successfully passed the initial screening will be eligible to take the examination. Participants in the screening exercise are advised to visit https://apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng to print their schedule slip, indicating the venue, date, and time of the aptitude/CBT test.

The examination venues are divided into four categories. These include the Kaduna metropolis centre, which has 24 sub-centres, the Zaria centre with 10 sub-centres, the Kafanchan centre with two sub-centres, and the Soba centre with three sub-centres.

Hassan further stated that the Commissioner of Police (CP) in Kaduna state, Mr Ali Dabigi, had directed all Area Commanders, personnel from the State Intelligence Department (SID), operatives from the Explosive Ordinance Department (EOD), and Divisional Police Officers to ensure adequate security coverage for the examination centres within their jurisdiction. They are instructed to collaborate with officials from JAMB, staff of the Ministry of Police Affairs, the Police Service Commission, and other relevant government agencies to supervise the test smoothly.

Dabigi extended his best wishes for success to every candidate and urged them to conduct themselves honorably throughout the exam period, as stated by Hassan.
