In a major leap toward making quality diagnostic services more accessible to Nigerians, Bioclinix Medical Diagnostics Centre has announced its official partnership with 15 prominent Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) across the country. This strategic alliance is expected to significantly improve access to medical diagnostics for insured patients under these HMO schemes.
The partnering HMOs include Hygeia HMO, Reliance HMO, IHMS HMO, GORAH HMO, Nonsuch Medicare HMO, Ally HMO, Century Medicaid HMO, Ultimate HMO, Greenshield. Others include United Healthcare International, IVE’S Medicare Ltd, RedCare HMO, Clearline HMO, HealthSpring HMO, and Bastion HMO.
With these partnerships, enrollees of the listed HMOs can now access Bioclinix’s cutting-edge diagnostic services without bearing out-of-pocket costs, thereby strengthening preventive care and early diagnosis efforts in the country.
MLS Babatunde Emmanuel, the Director of Diagnostics Services of Bioclinix Medical Diagnostics Centre, described the partnerships as a critical step in bridging healthcare inequality:
“We are proud to work with some of the most trusted HMOs in Nigeria to deliver affordable, reliable, and high-quality diagnostics. Our goal is to make medical testing easier and more accessible for all patients, and this collaboration makes that a reality.”

Bioclinix, which offers a broad range of services including X-RAY, Blood banking, drug tests, medical laboratory investigations, ultrasonography, immunochemistry, hormonal profiling, musculoskeletal and vascular scans, among others, has been recognized for its commitment to excellence and patient care.
The integration process has been completed, with Bioclinix now welcoming clients from all 15 HMOs at its diagnostic centres. Patients are encouraged to confirm coverage details with their respective HMOs or reach out directly to Bioclinix for assistance.
This landmark initiative reflects a growing trend of synergy between healthcare providers and insurers aimed at transforming patient experience and improving health outcomes nationwide.
