PDP urges Soludo to embrace constructive criticism
The Anambra State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party has advised Governor Chukwuma Soludo to refrain from attacking critics of his administration. This plea was made by PDP spokesman in Anambra, Uloka Chibuike, in a press statement released on Tuesday.
Chibuike emphasized that the continuous verbal confrontations with critics indicated a potential lack of direction in the Soludo administration.
He reminded the governor of his role as a public servant, accountable to the people, and urged him to expect and respect demands for transparency and performance.
Chibuike emphasized that critics are not adversaries but concerned citizens seeking accountability and improvement. He stressed the importance of open dialogue and constructive feedback in governance.
The PDP urged Soludo to shift from a defensive stance and embrace constructive criticism, acknowledging that there is room for improvement in his 19 months in office.
