Taylor swift shows more appearance on google than Trump -2023. According to Axios, former US President Donald Trump was the second most searched topic on Google in 2023, trailing only pop sensation Taylor Swift but surpassing out news events such as the Ukraine war and President Joe Biden.
Trump’s criminal arraignments in New York and Georgia were both among the top five most-searched news events of the year.
“Donald Trump was the only person or topic to make the top 5 both for the biggest moment and most consistent interest in 2023,” according to the report.
Ukraine’s conflict placed third in terms of long-term searches in 2023.
“Ukraine has struggled to continue its fight against Russian aggression, while U.S. support has faced more skepticism from Republicans,” the report noted.
Swift, on the other hand, stole the show in 2023, thanks to her record-breaking Eras tour and her growing affair with NFL player Travis Kelce, which has introduced football to new audiences.
Analysts say Trump’s capacity to dominate headlines, for better or ill, remains unparalleled. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis expressed it like way:
“It’s both of those things, but it’s also… I think it just crowded out so much other stuff, and it sucked out a lot of air.”
Swift, on the other hand, was selected Time’s Person of the Year for the second time this year as the celebrity with the highest search interest.
