More than 170 acquaintances of Jeffrey Epstein ordered released by US judge.

Next month, a US judge may decide to make public the identities of over 170 people associated with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

If the woman who accuses Prince Andrew of groping her in 2001 releases evidence, he is likely to be one of them.

A resolved case against Ghislaine Maxwell, an Epstein accomplice and sex trafficker, is revealing the identities.

The deadline for appealing to have one’s name removed off the list is January 1st.

Epstein, a wealthy banker who was known to socialize with famous people including Prince Andrew, passed away in prison in 2019.

The medical examiner in New York determined that he committed suicide while awaiting federal sex-trafficking accusations.

“Unsealed in full” are Epstein’s ties, according to Monday’s 51-page decision by New York Judge Loretta Preska.

It is the most recent document submitted in the lawsuit that Ms. Giuffre has filed against Maxwell, a former British socialite currently serving a 20-year jail sentence for the offences she committed alongside Epstein.

The defamation case filed by Ms. Giuffre in 2015 was finally resolved in 2017, however the names of numerous Epstein associates remain sealed as a result of the court order.

Johanna Sjoberg has asserted that Prince Andrew touched her breast in 2001 while they were sitting on a couch in Epstein’s Manhattan flat. The forty pieces of proof she has provided support her story.

As previously stated, the claims are “categorically untrue” by Buckingham Palace.

Ms. Giuffre sued the Duke of York last year, alleging that he sexually assaulted her when she was 17 years old.

The Duke of York settled the case by paying millions to Ms. Giuffre.

In response to Ms. Giuffre’s accusations, Prince Andrew stated that he had never met her.

Judge Preska made note in her decision that numerous defendants listed in the case have previously been identified in public records or during Maxwell’s criminal prosecution.

There were a lot of people who “did not raise an objection” to the documents being released, she said.

As the judge mentioned in her order, some names on the list will remain sealed, including those of minors who have been victims.

The Republican Party in the United States Congress is actively seeking to subpoena Epstein’s private plane’s flight records.

Even before his 2008 conviction for soliciting prostitutes from a child, Epstein had mingled with influential people in politics and business.
